Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

After my house shift I found multiple things were missing. Service was really disappointing.

I have used their services for my shifting in nearby area only. While unboxing they said they will collect the cartons next day so I said ok. for that they said to give security deposit of Rs 1000. I gave that. the very next day I returned the cartons till then there person Janamejaya Nanda (representative came for shifting) was picking up the phone. Once the cartons were reached he didn't picked up any call and has not returned the amount Rs 1000. Its been 15 days now. And the owner of this Manas Das picks up phone and says my WhatsApp number, phone pay number and Google pay number is blocked I cant transfer. and keep saying I will get it done. This is ridiculous. I will not advice anyone to use there services. They just want Money. Once they get that then they will not pick your phones. Worst services.

Don't trust them they lie every times , for transport they promise for 1 day and took 5 days and every day they told that goods are on the way near to my location. I booked for storage, you will not find goods in same conditions as you give and many things are missing.
