Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

I booked Dipti Cargo Mover on 17 August 2022 for Home shifting from Mumbai to Gorakhpur, Their service is worst they damage many products. First, they quote me 51000 and then make a bill of 52000 + Insurance forcefully( Which also includes Loading + Unloading). When their representative came to my house for a survey they clearly said that Insurance is optional but after taking 5000 advances for booking and after loading my goods they said that without insurance they would not deliver the goods, They broke my showcase, Micro oven, Waterfilter, Table, Cycle handle, kitchen crockery, Bed parts, Sofa, AC, cupboard mirror, many scratches on my Honda Activa scooter and completely damage my Sewing machine and Their worker or representative steals my Phone charger. When my goods reach my Gorakhpur House, They don't have workers to unload my good, I have to go and arrange workers for that.
