Parent company godrej is highly committed to customer. Dolphin agency too is also as committed. Sometimes it depends on the technician who attends . They also have their good and bad days . Far far far better than other global appliance companies extending pathetic service . So i stay with Godrej & dolphin.

I had taken AMC for washing machine for 2yrs.Dolphin was not able to repair my machine saying parts were not available. They said they would refund my AMC amount which they have not refunded since 3 months. Now the concerned person's Mr.Pankaj Badkar & Mr.Gaurav Rahalkar avoid accepting my phone calls. Shame on a company like GODREJ to have such service centres

Very bad service.... So called technician.. do not repair the machine properly, he repairs one part on one day and other on next day... They do not have any efficient technician..

I wish update a happy thing which I experienced from Dolphin Services. We faced some problem in our Washing Machine and within few minutes of our call, they visited our place. In another 1 hour, they rectified the defect and it was a superb service.
