Recently I took VRL Logistics Packers and Movers to shift my prcel from bmmasandra, Bangalore to pune and had a very bad experienced with them, they charged 1550 rupees for the service which was not worthy for their work, they took 3 weeks for shifting my parcle and I am very much dis-satisfied with the service of VRL Logistics Packers and Movers.

They packed my household items in such a horrible manner that my induction plate and toaster broke. They didn't even bubble wrap it and put it in a box along with a trolley bag. After reporting the damage and sharing the pictures, they didn't even pick up the call. Just pathetic experience. Don't use services from these thieves.

Shit hole experience , they said they wouldn't give our courier and go and take if you want too, they are fraudsters, called me three times and been waiting for three weeks and they havent given us a call and have told wwe werent at the time of delivery , such freaks should be banned from the customer services , they dont know how to talk ,handle nor with any professionalism they behave , animals

On the day of shifting, their team arrived late (supposed to be 9 AM but arrived at 12:30 PM) with mini tempo. They completed the package covering without bubble wrap and wrapped with brown tape. During packing, items got damaged too. After packing, they started loading items in mini tempo with force and scratches occured in corner section of each item. We requested to arrange for bigger vehicle and it came around 5 PM. Unloaded the item with least care adding more damages. Unwrap the items which lead to brown marks in all items. They forget to keep the screws for those items which were dismantled and assembled adding further delay in shifting time. It was really unpleasant, unsatisfactory, unprofessional experience. I would like to give -100 star knowing the fact that we dont have such option.
