The owner Ragi is a fraud. I have filed a case against this fraud woman in Pettah Police Station TVM. She cheated me for rs 19500 . She came to my home and created a big fight at my home .Shouted at me . She should stop her Gunda behaviour . This is a crime and I ve filed a case against her and her Manager . She sent 3 maids 2 of them where pakka kaam chor . The first made had an illegal relationship and I caught her and I informed Rakhi . The second maid she sent also was a fraud . She stayed at my home just fir one day and she never done any job. Next day morning she left my home . This Rakhi was allready took 19500 rs in advance from me . When I called her she was not ready to pickup the call and only after 5 days she took my call and said she won't refund my cash will send another maid . There is no more space to write the whole stroy. Anyways I have filed a case against this fraud lady . After reading the amazing feedbacks of other customers I ve confirmed that she is a No1 fraud

They are running a full fraud business, they will first ask you to book the ticket of the maid and the caretaker from their agency. Then they will come to your home with all the aggrements, documents, pix, I'd proof.once they will drop the maid at home they will ask you for 6 month advance payment and registration charges. They asked for cash but I did the online payment. After 30 minute she eloped/ run away, and after that consultancy is not responding to our call. We already complain to our nearest police station. The caretaker, the Agency, Maid, no one is responding to our call. This is a full fraud case. You can contact me on 7207717745.

Big Fraud After taking Rs 24800/- ( Rs 20000 advance +maid advance 4000+500 Police verification charges+ 300 Conveyance charges) , the agent first left without providing the mobile number of maids relatives. Within two hours , the maid ran away.....The CCTV footage shows her searching all rooms in the household, and finding a few rooms locked ( thankfully no valuables were left unattended).Immediately we called the agent who said dont worry I will come back in an hour but phone switches off in half an hour.....later after 6 hours when he receives the call he says "aapka agent bihar bhag gaya"..... We are Senior Citizens who have been cheated of our hard earned money and worse Police personnel at the local Police station were also abused by that person .We are now forced to file an FIR with police and pursue the matter during this Corona crisis ........we feel cheated and scared .

January 2020 complete fraud took 3000 rupees by Paytm maid did not come . Paytm complain made . Paytm blocked them from taking money anymore so they called me after a week saying they want to refund my money back kindly unblock . They are total frauds all people from Mumbai who have been cheated by them u can complain to police let us file group complain together on these people in police station ... contact me

This mina placement service firm is a fraud company, never ever hire domestic maid from this firm. They show you fake documents and will take money from you and their maid will run away then they don't receive your call and won't refund your money. I have complained about this firm in consumer forum as well as in police station. Don't know why sulekha do not enquire before registering such firms on their website. From now i will never hire any maid through sulekha.

They are fraud people, dont trust them. Believe they will provide you maid and collect commission. Once commission reaches them, maid will run away with super fraud excuse. I am still chasing them to get my money. We have filed complaint in Police station against them. I can even tell you their fake tantrums of snatching away your hard earned money. In case you dont let their maid go away, she will run without informing you.

The owner D.P. Selvam and his lady Geetha are total fraud. I am not sure how I believed them initially when I called them for a full time maid. I paid him 1 year advance money as service charge for which he confirmed he will be on top of it. After 20 days, the maid working and staying in my house went missing and never picked up our call. Selvam initially assured me for a replacement, but after 10-15 days , he was not able to provide and confirmed me to return my money(deducting 1 month service charge). Still, I am waiting and he never returned my money. I still try calling him from different mobile no(obviously he has my no) he says a date to return but never does so. I went to police station reporting this behavior, but police also does not helping for very obvious reasons.
