I will not even give them 1 star. We did the dry clean service of our sofas and they completely ruined the fabric. All premium Italian fabrics - have to be changed now. Their man Sanjay is a cheat. Would not recommend them at all.

They are thieves, they don't even respond to calls, they don't return the clothes once they take for cleaning , either they are idiots or they are thieves, probably they sell the clothes which they take from their clients.

My first interaction with them was really bad. They were all right while handling my call and they have a good price. But while collecting they gave their first condition of minimum billing . Next morning I got a WhatsApp message from their executive stating the price per piece will be Rs. 185/- instead of Rs 150/-. The reason they gave me that?sits not a blazer but a coat. Both the items were purchased as a blazer and I explained. But there was so much arrogance in their behaviour and they went on with their messages till I said a Good Day. I guess I will prefer my Wardrobe and Band Box for my future dry cleaning work .

Bloody thieves... Have taken my clothes 3 mnths back.. and still not returned.. neither respinding my calls nor replyng back my messages.. highly dissatisfied.. please dont give your clothes to them... They are bloody thieves!!!
