I am buying for USB cable with 6 month warranty but I using for 2 times then charge very slow cable is fault then I contact to Eagle electronics Adambakkam then directly visit no one response so don't not buy it my personal experience" waste for money waste of time"

Worst service ever. I bought an air cooler voltas. The product is defective. I am getting foul smell very first day even with fresh water. Technician visited after a month and cleaned it and recorded it as fault with the motor stains. In 2 days, same issue repeats. They gave a hope they will provide an exchange or refund the money. Now when I called, we are not getting any response and they propose to change the wood wool. I am not sure what inspection they did before delivering the product to the customers and after product delivery they are doing inspection to assess the quality of the product with trial and error and the product was used 3 times by my old aged parents who are having health issues. I visited the shop 3 times. But no response. Do provide an exchange for any products or refund the entire amount.

I procured a Kent water purifier from this dealer. They provided me the same with the capacity of 8 liters. They gave me the installation with no cost. Totally I paid Rs16000. I am gratified with their services.
