This is totally fraud, they never respond your complaint after taking payment. I'm taking plan for 2 years AMC, after taking payment, he never attained complaint in 01 years and 2 months. Complaint has been registered through phone atleast 100 times but they're not attending

Very bad service... Got termite within one month of their service... They never attend the Complaint also...very rude response on calls...

There can not be more pathetic service than this pest control service in my personal experience. Please invest in any other pest control service but eco elite pest control around you. By my personal experience within two days of service I noticed all the pest reappear in my home and their customer service and handling is absolutely trash. Their service man as well as their customer service associate lack handling of an unhappy and angry customer and expect a customer to sing songs even if the desired results are not accomplished. Even after second visit by their serviceman we noticed pests reappearing in our house and they do not care about customer and nor do they care about quality of their own service instead they try to object reaction of an obviously unhappy customer. All to cover up a poorly handled business. By their tone of speaking one can make out that they are not at all apologetic about how they wasted a customer's time, trust and money and they rather would like you to feel great about they considered providing services. Please download urbanclap or any other trustworthy provider who is not only willing to rectify their own mistake of providing absolutely dissatisfactory service but also are interested in providing a good customer service experience instead of picking fights with them. Again pathetic pest control service and even more pathetic customer service. Do not invest in them at all.
