Edifice Builders is a team of young, vibrant and highly professional engineers, interior designers and management personnel working closely to form a construction organization that is build on ethics. Ethics that were formed through 100 years of working experience in various fields of business. We are led by our young, energetic and dynamic Managing Director, Mr. Nikhil Thard. Nikhil, himself being an industrial engineer has worked in close quarters in all the projects undertaken by Edifice Builders. Nikhil started his career working at Infosys Technologies, from where he gained the entrepreneurial skills to start a company and lead it in a big way. We have already completed four projects since our foray into the real estate business. We began with RR Bungalow at Sanjay Nagar. Followed by Signature Luxury Condos, again at Sanjay Nagar and BFW Clubhouse located at Peenya.
