Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Installation of cctvs was great! They did good job but problem started when two of the cameras turn into pink. We wanted the cameras to be replaced. Now it is over a month but we get no response. We are very disappointed and frustrated. We don't even have warranty cards for these cameras. We were promised service for a year. I don't know what to call this? Really pathetic service.

Very quick response and gud quality of work at reasonable prices. Responding very quickly for complaints. We had installed Hawkvision make camera system in our hospital, it's very good quality.
