Visited the doctor for my mom. She was very rude. She increased the rates without any justification. Moreover, in this pandemic situation wherein our Prime Minister has urged us to wear scarf and not wear masks and leave it for medical workers. I and my mom were well covered had whatsoever not even a cough but she insulted us saying next time I will not take you'll inside. You'll are educated illiterates...as we wore a scarf and not mask. Moreover, she keeps yelling and is very unprofessional. She never explains nor accepts her fault... Or even if she feels it's not her fault she will never explain. She is never clear when what medicine to take and moreover blames patients for not following the prescription wherein it's the other way round. She is not clear nor does she stick to her words. 'Doctors' our second God but I'm doubtful about this lady. My mother left crying...the impact was that bad. Highly unprofessional, rude and most impolite lady. No manners in speaking nor empathy.

I have visited this doctor almost a week back due to some blockage in my ear most possibly bcs of wax deposition however to my utter surprise she didn't diagnose anything and simply wrote me a prescription after 1 minute only and suggested me to buy an ear drop. She charged me 700 bucks for some. On asking since I was not able to hear anything and since I have come across the similar problem almost 3 years back she spoke to me so rudely as if I challenged her ego. I could simply buy an ear drop directly without even consulting her if I knew she won't diagnose. Dr. Amrapali Pawar is the one whom I met.

The doctor is more worried about money rather than treatment. My son was suffering from ear problem since 2 months and doctor cleared his ear twice and took Rs. 500+1500+1300 = 3300. But after changing doctor my son got treated well with simple medicine costing Rs.47.
