NIAM India, the organization behind BEI, has in its 15 years of operation helped more than 18000 Undergraduate & Post Graduate Industry Integrated students achieve professional success. NIAM India is currently running a DDU-GKY Skill Development Program for the Ministry of Rural Development. To address the challenges of school level academic coaching and to provide much needed relief to the strained young minds and parents alike, NIAM India has conceptualized BEI with its heart in the right place i.e. in its students. BEI, an after-school academic assistance venture, provides its students qualitative and result oriented pedagogy for fundamental & in-depth learning. Here, we not only assist the young generation in clearing all subject-matter concepts, finishing & revising their school syllabi but also prepare them thoroughly for successfully cracking the highly competitive Olympiads & career entrance examinations. An immensely talented pool of highly experienced, passionate subject specialist IITians, PHDs & Post Graduate teachers are the driving force at BEI. The faculty is assisted by dedicated support staff & professionally qualified management in running each learning centre. Rigorous research, keeping in mind the dynamic educational scenarios, is employed to produce top quality study material and challenging test papers to help the students utilize their untapped potential. We strive to provide strategic guidance so that students develop critical & analytical thinking of their own and are prepared to face future challenges. Regular subject oriented brainstorming sessions are held amongst the students & their mentor teachers. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly & term tests are conducted to keep a sharp critical eye on the student’s performance and understanding of the given subject. Apart from the academic impetus the students will also be trained in soft skills thereby making the learning process holistic. At BEI, our focus is to ingrain the subject matter into the students so well that it stays with them forever as their “Lessons for Life”.
