Incomplete and Disappointing Service

Extremely dissatisfied with water filter service even after paying for the service contract no one has contacted yet after a week

There was a Cartridge issue in my Water purifier, I got a service through this Vendor, The technician work was really Good, the Filter cartridge is replaced by this vendor, Now my Water purifier is working very good, They charged me around 3800 for this Cartridge, and free Service charge. I am fruitfully satisfied with his service.

Don't use the product. Service is extremely poor in Ahmadabad west area. Technician are incompetent and useless. I don;t know how Eureka Forbes tolerate this. they don;t have any control over their dealers. Not at all satisfied with the service. Call Center no satisfactory answers. Customer has to run here and there.

Procured a Aqua plus water purifier for our home use through this dealer. It costed me Rs.10000 for the product. They came and installed it perfectly. I am contented with their service.
