Due to last minute plans I was looking for some driver in the late evening to help my parents for a 1 day trip and placed the details thru Sulekha.com. Within minutes, got a call from Executive Driver Agency asking the details for the trip. Since this was last minute and all the drivers were busy with other plans, Mr. Rony confirmed he himself would come for the trip. Very polite and soft spoken, Mr. Rony who drove my parents made their journey experience very good. Mr. Rony was fluent in communicating in English, Hindi or Kannada. Highly focussed on customer experience, would highly recommend to avail their services. Great thumbs up. ??
