The contractor is a big fraud. He will talk nicely and politely and take away your money without doing a single job. Beware of him and don't risk to give him the job.

Proprietor is fraud, he took my contract of painting and absconded with 75% of the contract money paid by me to him for the painting purpose. He didn't complete the contract neither is he responding to the calls nor has he handed over the key of my house. Please don't trust him and give any contact.
