If there would be option to give 0 rating I must have given that. It was my worst experience with spin wall. I went for customised wall paper. I have selected High resolution image from shutterstock and given that image ID to Mr. Kumar to print wallpaper. But I was shocked when I saw blurred print on wallpaper. I complained about this to Mr kumar what kind of response I got that clearly showed his 1. No knowledge on image resolution 2. Dont know how to deal with customer. Used abusive language. 3. No experience on customisation. Just believe in to fetch money from customers. 4. No proper communication with customer and no transparency in their process. When I wanted HD image that he bought from shutterstock then he asked for 500/- to get that image. 5. And most horrible situation is happened when We didnt want to waste our money and used that wallpaper and after few days it started coming off from the corner and when I told them to repair he didnt send anyone. 6. Finally just want to say that spin wall is not professional at all and just want to make their customers fool.
