It is hard to believe that the furniture is not a part of Indian tradition. Seriously, Indians used floors for sitting, eating and sleeping. They felt the sitting position while eating and sleeping on the floor is healthier than using furniture. Early European visitors introduced the furniture to Indians. Here is the list of beautifully evolved Indian furniture styles.

1. Bengali style wardrobe

A Bengali style wardrobe can be called as the most elegant piece of art. Being crafted extremely artistic and made of high-grade dark wood (black or brown colored), add more accent to the interior of the traditional Indian house.
