Service snd punctuality is good. But price is three times higher. That is not acceptable. Communication 3/5 responsiveness 3/5 good price 1/5 ontime services 4/5 Service Quality 3/5

He came all the way to Shibpur and was on time. He was through with his service within half an hour and did a good job, but he charged me double the price of what the APC company technician had asked. Unfortunately he didnt tell his service charge over the phone, otherwise I would not have called him.

But, Price too much high.

Very good. Came in time. Kept the commitment
