Bad shifting service from Ganesh Packers & Movers, Electronic City. I requested to shift my 1 bhk complete household items to 2 bhk within Bangalore city. 4 labors came to my home and packed my household items through cartoon boxes. They initially quoted Rs 3800 to shift the household items. But, once done the service they charged Rs 500 for the additional. So, I totally paid Rs 4300 for shifting service. I asked the reason for the additional charge. They told Rs 500 for GST. Because they didn't provide any computerized bill for the GST. Also, they didn't provide the cartoon boxes to me once finished the service. Because I requested them to provide the cartoon boxes for 2 hours to arranging my household items into the new house. But, they didn't accept it and told can't able to wait for 2 hours. So, I was not happy with their service.

Household items were shifted with the help of Ganesh Packers & Movers, Electronic City packers movers. The shifting made from within a city only. Before the shifting they quoted 4800 but after the shifting they charged more than they quoted finally i paid 5400. overall I am unhappy with their service.

I could give him zero stars for his lack of business ethics and passive aggressive behaviour but that is not an option on Sulekha. 1. Hired a third party service (Safe Packers and Movers) after he realised that he would loose out on an order 2. Highly unskilled and unprofessional 3. Charges extra to leave behind their boxes which are in ridiculous shape because of overuse for a couple of hours 4. Tests your patience level to the the extent that you want to quit relocating altogether 5. Blames you for not giving appropriate data when he is the one in business for apparently 12 years 6. I could share screenshots of him making small talk and then sending you middle finger emojis 7. Charges 17% GST when the allowed window for packers and movers is 5%
