Service Not Up to the Mark!, Unprofessional Behavior, Didn’t Charge the Promised Amount, Delayed Service, Incomplete and Disappointing Service, Charged Without Solving Actual Problem

Worst transport services.. they won't keep the timeline.

I am only thankful that I received the goods. However, my experience with Gati Safe packers and movers was pathetic. They work only with ‘money-making’ minds without caring about Customer’s concerns. They had agreed to transport my good directly from my home to my new location during the day only and had charged accordingly. However, just to save money, they knowingly delayed my consignment to find other vehicle who is going towards my destination and charges very less from them. In the process, they deliver goods at 10 pm in night. Height of un-professionalism was that despite charging for everything loading/ unloading they didn’t sent any labour to un-load and I have to use my labour to assist the van driver to un-load. My dish was also broken. In nutshell their managers are not suitable for this kind of service sector.
