Staff had been good and well behaved but need to be more professional.Admission is easier but discharge is quite difficult as real follow up is needed to seetle claims, refunds, to get the discharge slip.Doctors are sharing and caring and professionally excellent.Pricing is slightly higher commercially as the doctors tend to bill higher by frequent visits once they come to know of cashless admissions.Mahatma Gandhiji's famous adage - Customer is the most important person in the premises - need to be inculcated by all.
