I shifted my household items from kolkata to mumbai , one month ago on 29/3/2013. My consignment number is 3015. I am still waiting for some of items to be delivered (as of 6/05/2013). They dont care of even delivering on time or of calling and intimating if thr will be any delay. Some of my wooden furniture is broken. I got my first lot of article 14 days later. They have their ofc every whr but no one will pick up the phone. More , to add they sent the luggage with some othr agencies. . Now its ur duty to track ur own article. To hell with this cheat logistics company. Pay little more and go for a renowned one like Agarwal , gati etc. and be tnsn free. Its was my big mistake to go with this one.
