Beware of this company. They are having team of fraud people who always try to cheat your money. They show their real face when you are vacating the space. I have recently vacated their flat in thane and they unnecessarily deducted money from my deposit. Also their caretakers are not trustworthy and GMD also will not take responsibility in case of theft made by their caretakers.

Excellent service. I have stayed in the Gmd Business Link Pvt Ltd. Their service is superb and water facility is also up to the mark. I am paying 15250 on a monthly basis as I am alone. still, I am staying here as I am quite happy with their environment. The room is neat & cleaned always and well maintained. Overall I am satisfied with the service.

Feeling comfortable by staying in this Gmd Business Link Pvt Ltd Santacruz West, Mumbai. I am paying 10000 per month as rent and 12500 is deposit amount. The room is neat and well maintained. Food facility, Room service was satisfactory. PG infrastructure is also good. Overall I am satisfied.

They are the biggest cheaters you will ever get. They will charge whatever amount they want for electricity and will never provide for bills. GMD does not refund the entire amount when you leave, they will keep delaying it for 2 months and that too drastically deducted amount. I was charged twice for the electricity bill for last month and twice 500 Rs. for ID Card! Can you believe it? These deductions are made from my deposit money which they held for 2 months after me leaving and moving to another city. I wrote many emails, calls, texts with proofs that I am being charged twice but the ladies at phone were so rude, they said "Come here and show us the proof" Never, ever go to GMD. They will loot the hell out of your pockets.
