New staff of this shop behave very clever and shrewd while dealing with exchange of any jewellery. Even they quote that since they are new they dont want to get into policies or reputation of the shop prior to their recruitment. While approaching them for exchange of a mangalsutra of approx 57K which broke thrice in a year and repaired by them, this time the staff told that firstly the item will be disjointed completely then we are eligible to choose new product despite I insisting otherwise. Now when I couldnt select any suitable replacement what I was left with a bunch of gold all disintegrated loose to carry home. There was no apology, no alternative and extremely uncalled for behaviour. I dont want to caution others but definitely I will never visit or recommend others for this shop.
