I thought of taking a second opinion from this famous hospital for a pain in my hand. They gave the name of a senior doctor but after waiting for around three hours, only a junior doctor came for consultation. When asked he said only after the blood test you can meet the senior doctor. I informed I am coming from abroad for taking consultation but in vain. Then I went to lab. As I don't have much time to left, I asked lab people in how many hours I can get the result. They promised in 2 hours. After two hours, they said 15 more minutes, after that 45 minutes. When I was totally confused I wanted to talk a responsible person. She apologized for lack of communication from lab that instrument had technical problem and promised consultation by the chief doctor. I went to OP and informed I want to meet doctor who by then was in the other block. I somehow managed to go there, again consultation by a junior doctor. My precious time and money both for flight and hospital was a wasted.

KR hospital was really great, but now its not KR,they have changed as Visva hospital. A very very worst hospital. Never ever go there, if u went normally also u won't come back without any infection or fever or cold etc. Not clean at all. There is only 1 doctor, she is in pharmacy, she only is scanning, she only seeing OP, only 1 nurse in duty, if suddenly 1 or 2 emergency patients came thats all they have to pray with God only. In public area there is only 1 washroom, both men, women, patients, everyone uses the same toilet. Worst and not clean at all. Really don't know how darely they are running this hospital. I took my wife for a pregnancy scan, we both were perfectly alright without any cold or fever before, but we were there in this hospital almost 2 hours, the same day my wife got cold and fever, even me to. Same day my known person came to blood test, she got urine infection. I suggest never ever go to this hospital. No doctors will be available in day time

Doctors are not motivating patients, not understanding patients emotional feelings, ICU infrastructure and food need to be improved, very worst service.. Patients actual problem is not diagnosed and treated, Doctors should learn how to talk to patients

Not a multi speciality hospital the ailment of the patient is not completely explained to the patients and attenders. The staff don't have much experience. My mom had an abnormal ECG and we we're not informed by the doctor about it till she got discharged... The problem persisted even after she got discharged and regret to say that there was recurrence of her problem.... We had paid a huge amount as inpatient bill but all in vain...

I have paid Rs. 900 for consultation & filling. But it wasn't done properly. Pls don't cheat your patients. Not a worthy place to go for any dental procedures. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for any dental procedures.
