I got defective ac from Great Eastern and Tekno plaza is authorized customer care for godrej ac.... and they have not replaced yet after 5 days of complain.. please do not buy from great eastern, Shitala mandir. Garia , Kolkata. Very Poor Customer Service and their partner Techno Plaza. I need to file a consumer forum complain and bring them in line with customer power.
