I Mr. Surojit Biswas S/O Tapan Kumar Biswas residing at FLat No 3B Amarnath Apt , Thakurpukur , Kolkata-700063,Ex-Sergeant of Indian Air Force(IAF) ,Date Of Discharge:01.06.2016 Ser No -776212-L, PPO still under process. I joined GREEN GLOBUS MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, a Unlisted Private company incorporated on 20 November, 2014. Its registered office is at 31B, Manoranjan Roy Chowdhury Road Kolkata, Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal as Sr. Operation Manager to earn money to feed by family. Following are the situation faced in the Security Service provider company by me who served in Indian Air Force for 19 Years 02 Month and discharged in own request in the rank of Sergeant . I have joined Green Globus Management Solutions Pvt Ltd wef 04 Jun 2016 and left the company wef 04 Aug 2016. I have not been paid for the salary of July 2016. When i left the company, the CEO of the company Mr. Thanmal Saraswat assured that the salary will be pain very soon. But when i enquired about my due salary on 20 August 2016, they paid Rs 5000/- as advance for the salary of July 2016 in a written voucher against my monthly salary of Rs 20000/- (How the Advance of July 2016 pain in 20 Aug 2016 ? what about the full salary ?) I requested the said company to release MY salary of July 2016 via email on various dates in Sep-Oct 2016 , the General Manger of the said company Mr. Ranjan Roy threatened Mr. Surojit Biswas by imposing baseless allegations via email and told him to wait to raise complain against him on Oct 2016 . After 5 months, till date they didn't show up with any complain. Repeated request by myself to meet Directors/CEOs via telephone/e mail unanswered.I am having various emails/sms communicating my good work in the company and proof of work in that company as i have not been issued with any Offer letter/Appointment letter (which i asked quite a no of times but Mr. Thanmal Saraswat avoided it by tricks and i don?t have that much knowledge that this type of behaviour i will get). Thus, i am finding a place to produce my case as i don?t have any idea to pursue my case. I, an ex-serviceman of Indian Air Force requesting you to consider my case sympathetically and favourably as in Private Security Agency this practice of not paying contract labour is rampant and when one demand his salary they try to falsely implicate the person to harass and put psychological pressure by baseless /false allegations levelled against him . our firm has hired armed guards from here. they are trained and have a proper licence of the weapons..! very promt and professional.. im impressed with them. they also help visitors with directions and assit in car parking. :) very good service..
