They have the worst customer service. I called them 3 weeks back to do pest control for new house. They came charged me for one time service and told me I wont have pest issues since its new house I only wanted the minimum. 3 weeks in and I see cockroach and I call them. They say they dont guarantee and so cant come and do pest control again. I have used several pest control agencies before and when I report an issue they always come back and check. These people refuse to pick call, and when they do they will say they will call back but never do. After several follow up they are saying they never guaranteed the pest will be not there. So what service are they providing? When they do pest control if they cant atleast guarantee even few weeks of pest free house I wonder what type of company is it?
