The worst guest house I have ever used in Chennai. We rented an AC room. They didn’t provide remote controller. The temperature was fixed. At the late of the night we became freezed where at the day it didn’t feel like we were in any AC room. The cupboard was broken. Toilet commode was broken and firty, we asked for to clean it, they told that they do not provide clean service in first three day. Behaviour of manager was extremely unprofessional. The worst experience in last 5 years.

Hospitality Worst ever service from the manager/receptionist, their lounge is always filled with drunkards and street workers as staff, not a safe place for family.Very poor hospitality, ill-mannered workers, they demand tips money even for showing you rooms before booking. Premises Filthy Slum - They display ?No liquor allowed? but when i went to see rooms while passing occupied rooms you?ll inhale the filthy liquor and Smoke smell. Price Overpriced congested rooms, they have placed 3 beds where only one double cot can fit, no foot space to roam around. You'll get deluxe room with dining table, wardrobe and free breakfast beverages in other hotels for far less value than this hotel?s 2 bedded room without space to even place your travel bag. Price changes daily, if you have asked for a price the before day, the following day when you visit they are demanding 40% more. They tell less in call, when you visit the story is different. It was a great experience. When I reached there l got to meet my idol Sushant Singh Rajput in Jan 2019 as he was shooting there. Apparently a lot of movie shoots take place there. Overall good stay and good staff.

I am ligy .I stayed with my family for two days at anugraha home . it's an excellent accomodation,very close to all facilities.It was very neat & clean with kitchen facilities.

worst experience so far, people beware of such people..they are all frauds..they simply grab money and dont provide any proper facilities. There's always shortage of water in their apartments and for that they also take extra money from the tenants. I have vacated the apartments some 2 and half months back but these beggars have not returned my full refund. neither they respond to our calls nor they respond to our mails. moreover blocked us on whatsapp. Im completely fed up of these people. They are literally fooling people in the name of business.

This apartment is an amazing hidden gem. Wow. Aside from the breathtaking views from the terrace and balcony, everything in the place is just perfect. Its spotlessly clean and super comfortable, and the location was perfect for my needs. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are several grocery stores just minutes away on foot.
