Service Not Up to the Mark!

I had assigned a job to this respective cargo agency and paid the asking amount by them but they have destroyed my consignment during this transportation.

Dear Sir, The packing was not good our representative told you to change the Packing because it contain fragile glass item, and you said our representative to send in same condition and i am not going to bear the packing expense. Sir please dont post fault coumments, we have especially dedicated team to complete the task at given time.
