I would highly recommend not go here. Been coming to this centre 2 days and second day also they told we don’t have female doctor today and come back in evening. Try to explain them that we need to get it done at any cost and can’t come back again at evening because we are job holders and today is Monday. Asking patients to come back tomorrow and evening has been their slogan . WORST WORST WORST

I had an abortion today. It was just as its name, Gentle Care. The hospital is so hygienic and clean like none other. The doctor listened to all my concerns and helped me relax. The procedure I was worried about went on smooth and was absolutely painless. I would love to take a moment to thank the doctor and the nurses. They all made me feel like home.

Just had an abortion two days back. I am highly thankful to the abortion team to make me feel so comfortable. I was really scared about pain. But the procedure was short and was over in I guess leas than 5 minutes. I am so happy to be back at work soon enough. I loved the care I received. I wish all hospitals be like Genesis....Thank you team!

This Review about Dr. Chandana C, Obstetrics & Gynaecology. The worst doctor I ever met in my life. My wife is 5 months pregnant we are consulting in the Vaishnavi clinic but this clinic is closed due to Covid19. So we called upon Dr. Chandana to asked about the 5th-month scan but there is no proper response later she messages us asked us to come to Marygold hospital in BTM, but later we realized the hospital they don't have any scan facilities for the pregnant ladies. They suggested to us for the nearby diagnostic center. As a doctor, she should know the patient's record. She will not go through any of your records. Her consulting duration is less than 2min. The main thing during the pregnancy they will check the weight and basic checkup, but she didn't do anything. She is not concerned about patients. Finally, she got a consultation fee of amount 550.
