PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW AND SAVE YOURSELF FROM THIS PATHETIC SERVICE Very very slow in installation, person does not come at the time commited, took 5 days to install 1 split AC. Day 1 - does core cutting Day 2 - had promised will come early in the morning, i keep calling but no one answers, finally he answers at 1 and says was sleeping, finally person comes by 5, completed work by 9.30, after he leaves i turn on the AC and water is leaking from inside, i call him again so he says will send his person 2mrw and get it checked. Day 3 - as usual no one comes in the morning, person comes at 4, has no idea what he is doing, does something and leaves after and hour, same prob again, still water is leaking, i call him again, he says will come again 2mrw and check. Day 4 - no 1 turns up, i keep calling and am given false commitment. Day 5 - finally i figure out the prob and solve it my self.

Very unprofessional, charges not informed clearly before the work is done, technician was not up to the mark, dint have proper tools for installation, was asking us for most of the things, overall a very bad experience, taking full advantage of the lockdown by charging exorbitant rates, would not recommend to anyone.

They completed my installation on 13 th May. But there serviceman took extra 1000 rs from. When I reached to COOL COMFORT, they said will return. But now almost month, nobody refunded money. Also serviceman said I don't use paytm/tez. Aaj kal har koi use krta hai. So pls beware

Worst servicing i have ever seen. Telling lie that gas is been finish and all. When i refused to fill the gas the engineer has done something and now the ac is not cooling before that it was working good. i called the concerned person but he is saying engineer will come today and tomorrow
