"Satisfactory work good work is done by Indian Furniture, Karwan. I approached them for making a metal mesh. They have a good experience. The way of behaviour, way of work. Everything is good. They came on time and complete the work in a given time, even he complete the work in a half day only. The charge took them was also reasonable."

its fraud. They called and asked for $2,000 for scheduling the interview. After 2 days, they called and asked for $5690 for educational or employment verification. Until we pay for $5690, they will not conduct any interviews.

BE READY TO BE CHEATED IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP. PLEASE TAKE A WISE DECISION.
I would have given 0 but there is no option. I have initially given a 5 star rating in Oct'22 based on my purchase experience. However, I'm editing now based on the worst experience I've been facing with these folks on service. My experience is similar to the one mentioned in another review. Within a month of purchasing a sofa, a crack appeared on the hand rest. Ever since, I have reached out them personally, over phone, over chat etc. After at least 5 attempts, they sent someone to repair and all that person did was to apply polish. I'm not sure how can a polish make the crack disappear. Anyway, nothing changed on the crack and I have started contacting them again and by now, I contacted them 10 times and every time, the oy response I get is that it will be done in next few days. But nothing happens. I'm still waiting for them to repair even after 10 attempts

Such disgusting service. Have placed an order 2 months before and paid 25k advance for the 35K dining set. Delivery was done in the night with a sick colour and the quality was road side. Returned that immediately in 10 minutes of unpacking. Have travelled to their manufacturing unit 4 times but no result until today, while they packed the set, after me pestering them at their premises today 8th Oct'22. Have clearly told them that the remaining amount would be paid in cash after delivery not to take chances but they are bent upon to have the total moment paid, post which the delivery would be made. Interesting part is one person claims he is the owner and agrees to send the goods delivered and while we speak over phone..another person claims to be his brother and denies the delivery.
Just a group of liars at this place is what I understood. NO RESPECT / ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE / NO VALUE FOR OTHERS TIME / INTOLERANT ATTITUDE
