I am the customer of this shop for 8 years. I wanted a ceiling cloth pull and dry and ordered through this shop. They charged me 4800 when the real rate from vendor is 2900(with installation. They charge 50% more just to take and pass the order. This is highly unprofessional and unethical. I stop going to this shop and tell my friends not to go. They do not value the customer long term relationship.

In Royal hardware I could always find whatever I needed. Plus the staff is always so helpful and the store is always kept neat and clean. Highly recommend this store!

Absolute shoddy business ethics. Asked for Parryware items, supplied us with sub standard products. And when called, justifies saying that the quality is same! Absolutely sneaky ways of selling old stock to customers. Would not recommend this establishment to anyone. This is the second time experiencing such shoddy service!

this shop is cheat, the owner is a fraud demanding 2.5% as credit card commission extra for making a payment ( sulekha at your risk if you recommend this store to any one)

The owner himself asks all the customers, to give 5 stars on google. Poor ignorant people have fallen prey to the flattery and have given the ratings.
The first thing these guys tell you on reaching the shop is that they are selling the products at wholesale rates, WHICH IS A JOKE. I almost went to 5 shops trying to confirm the rates and 4 of them to my surprise was selling goods at much lower prices than here.
I had bought some sanitary fittings for my new flat from here seeing the RAVE GOOGLE REVIEWS but was utterly disappointed.
For an angle cock which i bought from the shop for 480 Rs, the other shops are selling at the rates of 360- 380, without any negotiations for discount. Roughly 100-120 Rs lesser without any bargaining.
Seeing this, i also compared the prices for the other items. To my surprise this also was sold to me more by a margin of 150 to 200 Rs per piece.
You guys too can compare your bills.

They sell old stocks and then throw out customers when there is a return of the product. Thay old man and his brother:s son are arrogant. I don't advise anyone to visit them.
