Poor after sales service and fake commitments

i bought an apple iphone 11 pro 256 gb from hari om of 1 lac 14 thousand when i unbox it there was a manufacturing damage found in phone so apple denied to replace it due to damage is not covered by warrenty and hari om electronics said they will not do anything they are not responsible . so if u purchase anything from hari om and after unboxing you find any damage or manufacturing defect its your fault that you purchased it from hari om on your own risk . kindly do not purchase any product from hari om as they are very irresponsible and your harden money will get waste. They will take money from you but they won't provide you working goods .

I bought ao Smith water geyser from hariom electronics Ashok vihar.. they assure me best price 10200/- for the choosen model. But later on I checked on ao Smith website price shown @ ?7533/- including all taxes and delivery charges. Shame on hariom electronics to charge extreme.

Purchased new whirlpool Refrigerator from Hari Om Electronics in Ashok Vihar, Delhi.It works so well, totally they charged 17000 for the Refrigerator.Their service is good and I am satisfied with the service provider.
