Very disappointed by pathetic service and irresponsible behavior by (Help cargo/Shree shyam cargo - Sharma and Family). They are more like middler - scumbags who would take you for granted once you have handed over your goods. <br/>Car booking experience (Ghaziabad - Bangalore) <br/>1. Not proper bill/builty<br/>2. They wont share truck/driver details<br/>3. Irresponsible behavior and not at all professional<br/>4. Keep telling lies/making stories all the time.<br/>5. Not timely delivery - you are at your own if you wish to pick vehicles, as they don't have office in Bangalore. Guys sitting in Gurgaon dont even aware of their exact office location which they claim being in outskirts of bangalore, roughly 70KM away from city. <br/>6. No booking tracking or real time data. <br/>7. Bunch of illiterate people who don't only make you feel very miserable but at the same time helpless and Clueless. <br/><br/>(Please avoid their services even if it offered free as you would be only responsible for your losses)...Thanks

AVOID help cargo to the best possible extent. <br/>They dont even own a office in gurgaon or any other city except jaipur. They will pocket their margin and will pass on the responsbility and stuff to other transporter who will treat your stuff as garbage.<br/>Dont fall prey to their talks.<br/>I am manager in reputed MNC. I will make sure that none of my friend makes a deal with him and i am warning you all who are even thinking to hire them. They dont keep their words. Dont ever agree to the insurance provided by their own company..else you are going to hear later"chota mota damage hai,accident thode hi hua hai jo claim milega" which i heard after they disfigured my fridge,AC,bed.<br/>AVOID AT ALL COST.YOU ARE WARNED.<br/>HOPE I could give minus star.<br/>Totally unprofessional attitude by Mr Sandeep and Mr Naveen Sharma. They never adhere to their commitments,
