Very unprofessional, don't know the place themselves and took people for a road trip to leh ladakh. timings goes for a toss during travel. Gave enough feedback but of no use. They just did not listen and implement. Most of the time food was fried puri and potatoes ?. There were days when we did not get lunch / dinner at all and their answer was - u know the route no place to cook ??? They had no clue on travel itinerary - depended on some local fellow based their and took everything for granted.. there were travel days for some 100+ kms and would not start before 9/ 10 am.. would not give any information / instructions ; wasting our days in travel and not enjoying the place.. we traveled all the way and had only 2 hours at the pangong lake !! such a waste / poor planning. Just don't get in the trap of price.. They claim to be the only one doing road trip but if u have another travel tours please go ahead with them and not hetansh
