I could have given 5 stars if they had brought the new battery with a box and left the old battery with me. Anyway they serviced 2 ups and both are working now.

Facing some issue on my UPS, So I contacted this service center, a Service person came to check, They informed that the UPS motherboard issue, they have replaced to the motherboard, So I Paid 1250 for that service. I'm satisfied with their service and response.
