"Contacted this Sai Ram Agencies for My LG Ac issue requirement, Before My Ac got Some issue, The service vendor came and face the problem, His service was really Excellent!, But they did the service Little bit Delay, And they filled the Gas also, Now my Ac is working good, the service comes Under Warranty period so that I am not paid any service charges to them. I am fruitfully satisfied with this Sai Ram Agencies."

Technicians fitted the AC in tilted manner away from fluid vent as seen in the pics, stole the original wires provided by O General along with AC, broke our marble flooring and damaged my brand new Bosch machine while trying to drill hole in the wall for installation. Manager raja is irresponsible, leniently lies even after taking oath that he is in Ayyappa deeksha. They promised to refund the loss caused by them during installation but now absconding and avoiding phone calls! What a shame. I’m surprised how reputed outlets like BAJAJ allow such sly thugs to deal with their customers. I hope O General will take this matter seriously and prevent it’s loyal customers to be deceived by insolent incompetent technicians like these. They have not finished the installation nor the warranty for the AC has been completed because of incomplete installation.

Waste service. I paid for new AC and they send me display piece. Still its fine but they sent other brackets which makes my Ac fitting delayed for 2days.. and no one responded even when you call them
