The service provider charged me extra 200 Rs. On the phone, he said that the official charge for servicing is 600 but then after completing the job he charged 800, and when he left. There was a water leak from the indoor unit, though he came back and setteled it but the service quality is poor and he charged extra money Communication 4/5 responsiveness 3/5 good price 1/5 ontime services 2/5 Service Quality 2/5
