"We had a major issue in our Washing mch. Was not sure who to contact as there were so many num on internet, called Roshan and they cam immediately from Yeswanthpur to Marthahalli in late evening. They were able to diagnose the issue easily compared to LG authorized personal. Asked us to change the required components after which the machine is working fine. LG guy was asking us to sell the machine and buy new one. RK guys came the next day again and fixed all the issues, there was not need to take the mch to their center.
