I was settled in Bangalore about 17 years and moved to Thiruvananthapuram during pandemic situation. I have planned to construct a house in Thiruvananthapuram after moving from Bangalore. I was searching for a good builder to construct my home. I am working in Bangalore as IT architect, hence I don’t have much time to co-ordinate the construction. So I was looking for a good builder to take care my construction without compromising the quality. Initially I got one builder, which was lesser rate, but on further dealings, I found that the quality and lack of experience in the construction industry.
