Not professional, they will call multiple times for unnecessary tgungs and dont care whether u r in meeting or personal work. We had booked for sunday, but got call 3-4 times that when to do, same question again and agin.then Saturday got 13 calls and they were asking to cancel sunday booking and shift it to Saturday. If i have given time for sunday tha means i m not available at home on Saturday. Then sunday they were very late at location. At last, when they told actual price it was almost double of what was promised, and added random charges and asked for 250rs per box extra for santizing. Does santizing costs that much? And increased amount was told when they had packed everything nad took to godown, so we had no option, as cancellation of order qt that time was not possible. And my service was door to door, but they told door to door isn't possible and were asking extra charge for th Dont fall for greed even if they tell little less than market price, go for better packers instea

They are the worst shifting service we have received. Moved from Pune to Bengaluru in April, 2019. Not at all punctual with commitments. House packing was delivered 6 days later than decided date, we had already travelled to bengaluru by trusting they will deliver on the commited day. But when we reached here we got to know they haven't even started shipping and kept giving nonsense reasons for delayed delivery. For 5-6 days we had to stay in a empty house and eat outside food as ALL of our stuff was with them. No one from team takes any responsibility and would mention the person we would have done deal initially with has left the job.. When the stuff was delivered, still there was few imp things missing.. Sply my Glass Top Stove which we had to track alot by contacting them again and again.. And it took another 6 days to find where it was actually left and then deliver.Royal Enfield Bike got major damage on petrol tank along with some other minor damges. Since a year w

They are extremely unprofessional and experts in harassing clients. We called them for quotes they came saw our goods and quoted an amount. Rajkumar said I will let you know by tomorrow how we are planning to move as we had 2 locations. From next morning onwards Rajkumar vanished and did not pick up . Called him many times in the next 2 days. Today I called another number to Choudhury, he said Rajkumar has no supervisor and what he says is final. Minutes later Rajkumar messages we are not available on Sunday. We are both working couple. Not only this guy's wasted our time he also said don't take quote from others we will do your work nicely. I am stuck on a Friday evening when I need to shift on Sunday. These guys are thugs and should be taken of your list. Sulekha I m interested to know if u take any actions or not.
