I got an excellent response and service from this Om Corporation, Vasna (Mitesh Modi). I bought the new Hitachi 1.5 ton Split DC Inverter AC from this Dealer. They responded quickly, They have delivered and installed both were done by them and very promptly which is of free cost.2 technicians came to my house and installed within 48 hours with perfectly. They have collected me at Rs.46,500 which is a very reasonable amount. I am happy with their service.
Most pathetic service ever seen in life Ac has been delivered 7 days back but installation still pending
Very bad & rude behaviour of service technician who come for service. They come at any time without any phone call. I told him to come after call so technician on the spot leave my place by doing rude behaviour.
I have buy AC from Aroma, Maninagar, At the time of buying we finales free installation, but they installed AC after so much reminder, every they take additional hidden charge at the time of fitting . I am felling as a cheating. DON't buy anything from AROMA Maninagar. Regards, Dhagash Bhatt
Worst experience ever... If u not provide the satisfactory service to ur customer please don't sell product to any customers....i bought LG washing machine from Shakti ele. On 28.02.2019 and I got the delivery on 01.03.2019, at the time of delivery I told that person to put it at the place where it is easily use but he told me that tomorrow LG service engineer will come, he will unpack it and put it as u want so I agree and the next day LG service engineer came and he totally disagree to put it there... So he contact to Shakti ele. And hold his call and tell me Shakti ele. Representative will contact you soon regarding this and he left, after that I had a call from Shakti Ele. a lady her Name is mrs./miss Mala madam, she ask me 1000 Rs. To put that machine where I want and so rudely talking to me, (in one of previous rating comments one person written that un-experience or professional persons, I think they are unexperienced and also rude which is bad sign of dealship) and told that if u want then u have to pay it otherwise no option, I will not pay that charges as I already discussion at the time of purchase and also ask that deliver person but both are fail to provide services behalf of Shakti Ele. I request Shakti Ele to return back that machine if u don't provide the satisfactory service to ur customer as I will not pay any single Rs. To commissioning that machine. For your reference I attache invoice copy and Delivery slip. Thank you.
