i given a loptop for motherboard issue and and paid Rs.2000 as she asked and new adaptor just one month old Rs.1300 in december 2020. she don't have a direct technicians in her office so she deals with another shop which located in vizag city. so i asked only Rs.3000 in return and its been 4th month now not giving money back and always telling phonepe not working. today i called her and told i'll file a complaint and she said do what ever i can i'll definetely do that and don't trust her at any case. i would like to give zero rating but least is 1 rating. literally hell don't be soft with this kind of people

I went for repairing my laptop. They kept laptop for 4 days for diagnosis and I confirmed them to repair. Later after 2 days they they are going to deliver by evening and waiting for pricing of spares later in the evening they said problem is different and told new reason and it?s difficult to service. This is how they wasted time . So be aware of this service centre.

Lenevo laptop ideapad 330s , i5 8th gen. I bought this laptop for rs56k. Since the day i brought it there is some or the issues in the laptop. The laptop processing was extremely slow . The sales guide convinced telling that this verson is ought to be bit slow. After several arguments with the service centre and higher authority they replaced the speaker but after few weeks tge laptop shows issue in software as well. When i checked it with my local laptop services. They tell that this laptop has manufacturing defects. Now the laptop is a scrap because its just because i was convinced to what the sales person told . Due to the lockdown i am not able to contact to store manager. I will fight for refund or exchange of my product. If not i will take some action against it. I must file a case in consumer court.
