Very bad. I purchased a high-end expensive automatic washing machine in January 2021. By April, we noticed some problems, Told the local service provider but nothing happened, Lodged two formal complaints after numerous calls and emails in May 2021. Till today, end July, they have not been able to figure out or resolve the problems. After lot of insistence and repeated calls, they first sent a technician on 26 June, but no follow-up action was taken. After raising the level, a senior technician came on 18 July. Did some tinkering and said that there would be no further problems and to try out the machine. When that didn't work, he came again, ran a washing cycle again but couldn't fix the problems. Said he would consult his engineers and they will call back. No such call came for two whole days. After a number of calls today, the local area head said he would send yet another technician. This would be your state if you make the mistake of buying an IFB product. No quality and service.

DO NOT PURCHASE IFB WASHING MACHINES. AS THEIR AFTER SALES SERVICE PROVIDER CHANGE EVERY NOW AND THEN AND ARE POORLY TRAINED. PARTS ARE ALSO NOT AVAILABLE AND DISCONTINUED MOST OF THE TIME. MAKING FOL OF INDIANS.

Do not buy IFB Microwave. Even you buy, don't ask for repairs. You get a message that your problem is resolved and ask you to send a message with Y or N. If you say N then somebody from cust. care will assure you that you need not worry(stock reply). Somebody else will call you and ask you to raise a fresh complaint. You do it. Somebody comes, find magnetron is bad. Several days pass and you get the same message again. After a week or so you get same message again that your problem is resolved. Months pass, and you shout and a person from a local franchise come and reports that it is not magnetron but some other motor is bad. The franchigee takes the machine to his center and the drama starts here. He changes several parts from yr new machine with some rotten parts from a machine used in filthy bakeries. you complain to higher authorities they will not do any thing and the funny part is they do not record customer's signature also in any service note. Hope higherups involve to solve.
