Mr Anand Visited our place on 22nd June around 7:30pm, after taking all measurements he asked for our email address and told that by 23rd June around 10 AM he is going to share drawing with us and we can confirm if any change is required to be also be done by sending an email.(1st Commitment) When we have not received the drawing on 23rd June till 12pm, we called Mr Anand and he again told us that he is on the way within an hour he is sharing the drawing with us.(2nd Commitment) we called at your landline number and spoke to lady Ms Anita, then she told us that this is against the company policy we cannot share the drawing on email as customer take drawing and then never come back Just to clear you on this - (MAM we want to modular kitchen NOT drawings - if we only have to take drawing then same is available on internet she is not ready to accept her fault that expectations were set by their executive and they are having many customers & hangup the phone Worst, pathetic experience
