I take this opportunity to ventilate my bitter experience with IICP (Indian Institute Of Career and Placement) which later turned into a grudge. I used to serve as a faculty of Soft Skill Trainer at IICP post my date of joining in the month of November last year and continued to perform my duty till Jan2017 but haven't yet got my salary; I fact, the cheques that was offered bounced twice (followed by their innumerable false commitments)at my bank which clearly spoke of their motives of depriving the employees of their dues. I consider it as my moral responsibility to create an awareness among the job portals and the agencies of employments where the job aspirants resort to take help from so that they wouldn't become prey to INJUSTICE and lose trust over both the portals and the companies.
