This is the worst one i have experienced. They faulted my laptop with some snag so that i will not go anywhere else. They asked triple charges from normal one when i checked it with some other service centre. They are looting people. My case on 02nd Jun 2017. I gave them my laptop for repair, they asked for 1 day to diagnose. This was my biggest mistake to handover my laptop to them. Next day i called them and asked what is the issue, then some bloody chap told me that sir give me 30 min, i will update you. After sometime, he called me back and told that there is some issue with NVDIA chip. First we try to repair it, that will costs you around Rs1500, else in worst case it will costs you Rs 2800 for new one. I told him to check again and confirm me. Till evening he didnt called me back. In the evening when i called him, then his boss picked it up and said it will costs you Rs 3500 for repair and Rs 6000. This makes me doubtful.
