Really really a bad experience. Pathetic service. Charges more than the Whirlpool authorised rates and the staff and manager are rude and unprofessional to even answer customer queries related to prices.

In my Mitsoni air cooler there was some issue in it. They quoted me around Rs.200 for completing this work. They completed my work within a hour but they came for service after 10 days only. I am very much satisfied of their service but they delayed to come and they were also not attending my calls very poor service given by this people.

Absolutely good service from Impulz Home Care Services they are really nice I contacted this company for helping me in servicing my refrigerator I called them up and told my needs they took really good care of the problem and serviced very soon at good rates very prompt and friendly service.
